About the Green Guide
Yggdrasil is currently compiling a green guide to Lexington and surroundings. It will include green spaces, greenways and trails, infrastructure (sources of energy and water and management of waste), examples of alternative energy, sources of vegetarian and locally raised food, community-based environmental initiatives and much more. We should appreciate receiving suggestions for specific places to include.
The guide will be part of the Green Map System, "a global eco-cultural movement, energized by local knowledge, action, and responsibility."
